Prompto

Terms of use

Updated: October 2026

1. The service

Prompto is an online service published by JK Software Services LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (United States), registration number 2026-002036823, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: contact@getprompto.app. It provides a camera teleprompter and interview assistance: transcription, translation and answer suggestions, based on the information you provide.

2. Account and minimum age

You must be at least 16 and provide a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out from your account.

3. Trial and subscription

The free trial lasts 3 days, needs no payment card and is available once per account; when it ends, the account returns to the free plan. Paid subscriptions are offered weekly, monthly or yearly and renew automatically at each renewal date until cancelled. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, a licensed payment provider: Prompto never sees or stores your card numbers. Moving to a higher plan takes effect immediately and the difference is charged pro rata; moving to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal. You cancel from your Account page and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; no pro-rata refund is made.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Prompto to deceive anyone about your identity, to record someone where the law forbids it, or to produce illegal content. You remain solely responsible for what you say in an interview and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

5. Limits of the service

Transcription, translation and suggestions are produced by automated systems and may contain errors. Prompto is an assistance tool: it guarantees no result, no job and no contract.

6. Termination and governing law

We may suspend an account in case of clearly abusive or fraudulent use. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming (United States), without prejudice to the mandatory provisions that protect consumers in their country of residence. Disputes fall to the competent courts of the State of Wyoming, unless a different rule applies to consumers.
