Privacy notice

Updated: October 2026

What we collect

Your email address and encrypted password. The content you create: scripts, interview dossiers (CV, job ad, wins), interview transcripts and usage counters. Videos you film stay on your device and are never sent to our servers.

Why

To run the service: identify you, prepare your answers, apply your plan limits and bill the subscription. We sell no data and show no advertising.

Who processes it with us

Supabase (database and account hosting, European Union). Anthropic (scripts, answers and translations). Deepgram (speech transcription). Stripe (payment and invoicing). Each acts as a processor under its own terms.

For how long

Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete a dossier, a script or a transcript at any time from the app. When the account is deleted, everything is erased within 30 days, except invoices we are legally required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, export or deletion of your data by writing to contact@getprompto.app. We answer within 30 days.

Recording interviews

Prompto transcribes what is said while listening, in order to translate it. In some countries the law requires informing the other person before recording or transcribing a call: checking what applies where you are is your responsibility.
